- Include your order number and a brief note about your experience

- One refund per customer per product
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at support@lumabellebeauty.com.au with a photo of the item and your order number. Once we review your claim we will replace it or process a full refund promptly.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For all other refund requests, the product refund will be issued in full with no deductions.
