Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return at LumaBelle Beauty, the following criteria must be met: items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and products must be in their original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Generally speaking, some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with consumer protection laws. These include opened skincare products, personalized items, and promotional rewards.

Refund Process
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returned packages.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once processed for shipping, the standard return process must be followed.
